Yes — per bag, per day. Two bags for three days is priced as 2 × 3 × the daily rate, and the full total is shown before you confirm.

Can I store luggage for multiple days?

Yes. Pick your drop-off and pickup dates and the total updates automatically. Longer stays are welcome as long as the partner is open on your pickup day.

How do I find the location?

Every booking includes the exact address, the partner's opening hours, arrival notes, and one-tap buttons that open Google Maps or Apple Maps with the real stored coordinates.

How do I drop off my luggage?

Arrive within opening hours, show your QR code or read out your booking reference, and the partner confirms your bags are received. It takes under a minute.

Show the same code. The partner checks it against the booking, returns your bags, and marks the booking complete.

What happens if I am late?

Your bags stay safe until the partner closes. If you can't make it before closing, the stay rolls to the next day at the same per-bag rate — message support so the partner knows.

What happens if I lose my booking code?

Use ‘My booking’ in the menu with your reference and the email you booked with, or search your inbox for the confirmation. Support can resend it too.

Is my luggage safe?

Bags are stored behind the counter or in a staff-only area at a real, vetted business with fixed opening hours. Every bag is tagged against your booking, and only the person with the booking code can collect it.

What items cannot be stored?

No cash, jewellery, passports or electronics you can't replace, no perishable food, no fragile items, and nothing illegal, flammable or hazardous. Partners can refuse a bag that breaks these rules.

Can I review a location?

Yes — once your bags have been returned and your booking is complete. Reviews are tied to a real booking, so nothing on the site is invented, and each booking can be reviewed once.

How does the referral program work?

Share your personal link. When someone books with it and their stay is completed, your reward is credited. You can't refer yourself, and rewards are never granted before the bags have actually come back.
