Sample terms for a working prototype.
1. The service
Bagkeepr AB operates a marketplace that connects travellers with independent businesses offering short-term luggage storage. The storage itself is provided by the partner, not by Bagkeepr.
2. Bookings and payment
Prices are shown per bag per day and include a 0% service fee. Payment is taken at booking to reserve capacity.
3. Cancellations
Cancel free up to 24 hours before drop-off. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
4. Prohibited items
Valuables, cash, jewellery, documents, medication, perishables, weapons, hazardous goods, animals and illegal items may not be stored.
5. Liability
Bags are stored at the partner's premises. Liability is limited to the amount stated at booking and excludes prohibited items and normal wear.
6. Partner obligations
Partners must keep bags in the agreed area, honour published opening hours, tag every bag, and release bags only against a valid booking code.
